Also, when I didnt go to sleep for about 3 days, I was lying down watching tv. Then my brother comes in and we start talking.. Then he made a loud growling sound for no reason (I knew it was him that did it) but for some reason, I got so freakin scared!! Almost had a heart attack!.. What was I experiencing?

Your body would take as much sleep as it might need to recover, but one can't make up for all the "lost" sleep for the previous week. It may get enough rest in eight, ten or twelve hours, but, assuming the body is not injured or ill, that would be enough.

Without artificial means, three days of continuous sleep is impossible.

It would depend on how bad you needed the sleep.. You would at least sleep 10-12 hours possibly longer.. depending on if your child wakes you up, the phone rings, dog barks, the neighbors get loud.. what ever... Good luck!!
