With no or bad credit, the only credit card offers will be high interest, high fee or both.
You have to prove yourself over time with a high interest card before you can get a low interest card.

With bad credit you have shown the creditors you are not responsible with money. If you were able to get a credit card expect to pay HIGH interest. Pay cash until you get your finances under control.
