I gather you are asking to move to Australia to become a fireman judging from your previous question.
There would be no problems becoming a 'Volunteer firefighter' .... but fireman are not on the short-list for skilled workers through the immigration website. http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/

the procudure of visa is very simple.
Step, No 1 Find a job and get an employment letter.

But get a job first.
