i heard that if you are just in school/training that you will get discharged because you not in the fleet yet is that true it happened to a girl my friend knows

If you are married, no. if you are single, you have the option, but you must be discharged BEFORE the baby is born, you cannot use the militray for free birthing.
HOWEVER. if you are in Basic/Boot camp and turn up pregnant, you have just violated UCMJ and will be kicked out.

It's funny because I just looked it up just the other night. In boot camp, yes. While in A school, it's on a case by case basis. If you're pregnant and married, more than likely they will interrupt your training at a point that is academically feasible for you to pick up where you left off. If you are single, they will give you the option to get out if you want or have a designated caregiver. There were probably alot of different circumstances surrounding the other girl's discharge. If you are in school/training meaning tech school (air force) I'm not sure what other branches call their training after basic training, then no you will not get discharged just because you are pregnant. (Know this for a fact, there were atleast 4 pregnant chicks in our squadron, one being my roommate and she was not married). You have to choose the option to get out, and you only have the option up until right before the baby is born.
Now, turning up pregnant at Basic training is another story...
