You see, the word will has many different meanings. And in this particular case, it should not be considered a noun as if it was a he or she for that matter. "Fire at Will" is generally a command used in battle field situations allowing the soldiers to discharge their weapons without an express command at any given time. It can best be described as bla, bla, bla, bla, bla, bla bla, bla, bla, bla, etc.. Get the picture, Will? By the way, I have to run along now in order to prepare my will. Also signed: Will.

Obviously not prince william. Despite being in the military, there's no chance of him entering a war zone.

His full name is William Stickers. As in "Bill Stickers will be prosecuted". What's more his mother lives a long way away and it's dark there.

Oh, Pebbles!
"Will" is the guy who keeps sowing all these seeds of discontent, keeping all of these religious groups at each other's throats...
Even though each one believes that THEIR "way" is the "way of peace"...
Amazing, isn't it?
Most people think that we ought to keep Will in prison...
(everyone else's Will, anyhow)
Some think we ought to execute Will immediately...
(their own Will, obviously)
Some think we ought to free Will...

What do you think?

will is not a person, it means to fire at your own will(when you are ready) and whoever is being fired at probably did something really bad.
