Greetings!

We celebrate at least three days(and nights), but to start, we`ll be at the Hollywood Carnaval(50,000 people expected), stop by PanPipes to visit the Witches, then off to join the Grove to do Harvest and New Year Rituals every night-there are lots of wildfires out here also, so I expect our interaction with the communities affected will be intense-food banks, clothing and supplies for those who have lost everything, support for brethren-the southland Pagans will be mobilising!

/!\

Well, since I'm just by myself, maybe I'll do a little ritual and put up some old pictures of some late relatives, carve a squash or pumpkin, that type of thing. Basically just following a few traditions.
How will you be celebrating?

I will be celebrating with friends who feel the same way I do. Usually a bonfire with a small ritual of the dead (basically remembering those who have gone to summerside before us and prepare are way as they prepare to come back) then a small gathering after wards

I will be hosting a ritual for the full moon worship group that I faciliate. We will be offering food to our beloved dead, tellling stories about them, enacting a ritual play of the Goddess in the Kingdom of Death, and burning pieces of flash paper representing things that we want to be rid of in the coming year. And of course, there's a feast afterwards.

I will be celebrating with a ritual honoring my ancestors and the cycle of life-death-rebirth, and also with a home-cooked meal and maybe some divination.

I'm a solitary Traditional Witch, but my husband and child will be sharing with me.

I will pass out candy to kids, maybe visit the convalescent hospital with treats, dress up and decorate my alter to honor my family that have passed on. I will probably meditate on them and ask for guidance. Also light candles for them, them have a small feast in their honor as well!
