We talk about the same things that all friends discuss amongst each other. The only different things we may discuss are moves and support when the men are gone.

We discuss things like other wives do. Yes we talk about college days. Most of us don't have jobs on Wall street, but we have other jobs. A lot of us are prior military, so we have those days to reminence about too.
We talk about the countries we've been to and the people we both know even though we our selves have just met.
We talk about our kids and normal mom things, then girly stuff too ;)

No they discuss kids, what to do to help support the unit and the soldiers. As far as jobs I'm a nurse may not be Wall Street but I'm damn proud of what I have done (8 years active duty) and what I do now.
They are showing more class than you have done all day trying to degrade us. Nice try troll but military and the spouses always ban together against your type of ignorance.

Pardon my French, but are you trying to be a smart a*s??? Cause that sounds really very rude. We talk about things just like any other wife. Life, kids, we just have additional things in common like deployments.... We go through alot while our husbands are gone. Military families have to be very strong to survive deployment after deployment, especially when kids are involved and you are all of a sudden a single parent, and usually far away from any other family. It takes strong, brave and loyal Americans to be Military spouses. It's a tough job, but I know that I am PROUD to do it! They deserve respect.

Your question sounds a little sarcastic to me, we talk like normal people, we aren't some different form of species that is completely confusing, we are still females. And I know your trying to be funny but alot of wives I know do have jobs including myself, I actually am not friends with a lot that don't, and the ones I am friends with we talk about anything and everything and our conversations are probably more perverted than a guys but mostly about our jobs, yes college, shopping, decorating, vacations, cars, camping, holiday's, our families, our pets, our wedding day, deployments, all the things we do with our husbands (sex, parties, drinking, ect..) nothing out of the ordinary.

Yes, and raising kids, deployments, numerous moves, missing family and friends, learning foreign languages, juggling bills and everything else that other wives do ...and a whole lot more.

yep....whenever we get together we have nothing better to do then discuss our college days&and our wallstreet job.

How do I get 4 thumbs down??? My husband is in the military but I don't label myself a military wife. I am my own person.
