my parents have a crystler town&country van, they can't get the cd player to come out so they can change cd's, also usually when they push the mode button it goes from A.M to F.M. to C.D, now it only goes from A.M to F.M. anyone else have this problem?

Unfortunately, when the display fails to show "cd", the unit will have to be serviced by the manufacturer. A Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep dealership will have to remove the unit and send it out for repair.

This can be a costly repair, I would look into replacing the unit with either an aftermarket unit or a replacement unit (eBay!).

well are you sure it has a cd in the cd player if there is no cd inside thats why it skips am to fm and no cd try to put a cd in first if it takes it then there was no cd inside good luck

try disconnecting the battery....disconnect the negative terminal of your battery that should reset the settings on your stereo and if that doesn't help then i guess it's time for a new stereo
