Foods low in fat and high in protein. If you eat sweets, then make sure it's in the form a veggie or a fruit and not anything processed like donuts, candy, etc. Make sure you eat breakfast whether you are hungry or not. Jump start your day with something nutritious even if it's a boiled egg and a bowl of oatmeal to make sure you stay away from the empty calorie vending machines! Good luck....applauds!! ;-)

Overall, cutting calories is the way to go. You want to eat less than you expend. The great thing about fruits and vegetables is that you fill up faster on fewer calories.

dont spam here *****^^ lots of fruits and veggies. its more about not eating foods u shouldnt rather than wat to eat. lots of water no sugary ****.
