God does not exist, in the definitions given to it, or them (gods).
The basis of the legends of God and gods, have some grain of truth to it, but it is far stranger than you can ever imagine. If I were to detail it here, you would say it is science fiction, or fantasy... Such is it, that the truths of the world are plain and simple - and would be rejected by the majority --- because it is too strange (for them) to be considered true.
And so a non-existent God could not put an end to terrorism.
Of course - terrorism is a man-made thing ---- and civilised society can say - No, to terrorism --- we will not put up with it any longer. This can be done with education, and with policing.
To have a united international force - that has the power to chase these terrorists back to it's source - to capture, kill and execute these terrorists who are the most cowardly in this world. That such a police force, has the right and approval to enter any country to follow the trail back to their leaders, financiers, etc etc - to completely root out that organisation, and anniliate it.
With education - to educate the masses, that suicide bombers do not go to heaven for their cowardly deeds, that no religion can approve of this, and any that do are 'false' religions - even mainstream Islam will agree with this. That human life is precious, and should be taken away lightly - and never for religious reasons. There should be united public agreement about this, so that suicide bombers can never have any justification for their evil acts. It is only through brainwashing, can a good man or woman can be fooled into becoming a suicide bomber...

With God everything is possible and without God nothing is possible. So with this in mind there would be no terrorism without God as the controlling factor. It is really weird that a religion would be set in a way to be able to put all the blame on the one that is worshiped . Maybe it is irony create by God

Good question.
When the devil was cast out of the garden of Eden. why didn't God just destroy him right then and there. Satin took 1/3 of all the angels and God the ever all know knew that satin would cause untold terror on earth.
God could have said the word and vanished him.
But would that be fair? Would it make him look like a controlling dictator who says my way of the highway?
Can you imagine how scary it would be if God struck us down every time we screwed up?
We have the gift of free will. God gives us freedom to make our choices. God influences our lives but He will not make us do anything.
So yes ....

GOD gave us 2 hands and a brain! If this world put GOD first in their lives, terrorism would not exist! However, terrorism exists because some feel the need to have it. GOD did NOT put it there nor wants it to exist!
GOD bless
