That can be used online or in any store.
Sort of like a credit card, but it has a limit, or a gift card that can used anywhere?

you can get a pre-pay mastercard, which is kinda like that! you put the money on it and can spend it anywhere that takes mastercard! im not sure if it has any sort of limit, but you cannot spend more than what is on the card!

ok credit cards do have limits on them you have to abide by....so I'm not sure you know what you are talking about..
but you can get visa gift cards...which you put an amount say $100 on it and you can use it anywhere visa is accepted...when you have spent your $100 then you can just throw it away

Credit cards ALL have limits .
They are loans and the banks put limits on how much you can borrow by shopping .
Lots of places sell preloaded VISA cards though ,
Ask at your parents bank .
But be prepared , they cost extra ,
You pay to put your money on one .

Wal Mart sells them. You can even get a rechargable one there.
