I plan on getting it on my lower abs near my hips. I'm getting a scribble hearts using different bright colors (red, green, blue, etc.)

it'll be small to. about the sixe of a 25 cent temporary tattoo. (like inck and a half by inch and a half)
most of the tats i get will be small and unoticable unless i want them noticed
it's symbolic of my first tattoo on my sweet sixteen (true sweet sixteen...never kissed anybody before)

I think you should have a tattoo artist come up with something for you. That is very unoriginal the way the tattoo is designed. Still get the tattoo in the same area, but ask the tattoo artist to come up with something for you. If you get the picture you have as the link, it's going to look very tacky and you'll regret it.

looks nice ... i got my 1st tatoo thias yr !! on my back! it was a little painfull at first! then it was OK .. I like the design of your tat .. .. but u might wanna think long about the design .. i waited 8yrs b4 i got this tatoo .. to see if i would change my mind! .. and 8yrs ago .. i got a nose piercing instead!!! I LOVE MY TAtoo ... IT IS VERY ORIGINAL!!!!

No, don't like it!! Looks childish, and remember it will Always be with you. Look around some more. Get a natural henna tatto in the heart pattern you want which last 2-3 wks then wears off , and see if that is what you really want .

if you want it to look like a swarm of flies is attacking you then sure otherwise sorry no...try an image that is a little more clear when seen from afar.
try this experiment ...take your image and print it the size you want cut it out and hold it up to the area you wish to get tattooed... then go to a full length mirror step about a yard stick back and take a look at it...if you are pleased with the appearance then by all means go for it...
if it gets smudgy looking you may have to go bigger or rethink your design...

If you shrink it to make into the size of a 25cent it may end up looking like mush in 20 years, keep that in mind.
Also, you may want hearts now because you may be feeling in love but once that phase/love is over you may regret it. I myself wanted to tattoo a heart when i was with my boyfriend because I was feeling "in love" and I'm glad i didn't end up doing that!

I think it is very unoriginial and just looks like a myspace icon. So if you want a tattoo to remind you of all of those hours wasted on myspace, get it.

It's cute. Make your first tattoo mean something special to you. Also, remember that your tattoo is always gonna be there so you need something than can age nicely with you. You don't want something that you'll regret.

truthfully I think it's adorable
on a T-shirt
but a little too busy & cutsey as a forever tat
just my opinion though
I'm thinking when you are older you might not feel so 'pink'
