Get some crunk music and go at it man it get me pumped big time!!!

Here are a few things that keep me going to the gym:
1- Posting a picture of what you looked like before (and want to look like again) or posting a picture of someone else's great body as motivation somewhere around your house. You can hang it on your bathroom mirror or on your fridge...just somewhere where you will see it on a regular basis. The image helps you keep your goal.
2- Creating a workout calendar is also an easy way to keep on top of things. It's simple to print out a calendar of the current month (you can use MS Publisher, for example). Each time your work out, write down what you did that day. Again, post it in a conspicuous place. Mine is hanging on my refrigerator and I hate to see a lot blank spaces. It basically guilt-trips me into working out. lol.
3- Set goals that don't center around losing weight. Try new things with free weights or different sports. For example, set a goal that you want to run X miles in X minutes and work your way up to that.

Set goals for yourself!! For example, say if you workout 5 days out of the week, then you get to treat yourself to something at the end of the week. (Buy something you have been wanting, go to a movie, ect.) You have to have good self discipline though!!

I always found it's best to get someone to workout with. that way you can motivate each other and it makes it a little less boring if you have a friend there with you.

put some great music on your ipod, put up pics of celebs or whomever you admire their body, get a work out partner and get going! The first few weeks may suck, but you will feel great!!! Just think of how how you will be next summer at the beach!

i think of why i wana workk out then i look in to like a magazine or watch music videos and see those skinny size zero women tht make me fell like **** n tht pushes me

you have a little insperation like a donut so when your done its your reward and you have to belive in you self and lastly listen to def leppard
