Whenever I'm typing in an internet browser, my words suddenly stop typing and I have to keep clicking back on the browser about every 5 seconds. Is there a way to stop this?

Something else is grabbing focus. If you don't know what it is, you may have caught something. What sort of antivirus software are you running? How about antispyware?

Maybe you might have another program that keeps interrupting you while typing or maybe a virus which is mocking you when ever you click a certain key. If I where you I would install Mozzilla Firefox

If your on a laptop and have a touch pad, you could be "double tapping" with your palm which reads as a click.

when an event happen on another window of IE for example, the system activate it and deactivate the current way..

Either do Ctrl + Alt + Delete then cancel it, or turn off pop-up blocker.
