Don't know...is it hard to prove an idea or thought exists? We don't see them but we believe they are....why not with God....

It is easier to prove it. All you have to do is define "God" as something that is known to exist, like the universe, the subconscious, the collective unconcious, consciousness, morality, energy, the sum of all positive properties, etc.

the animal,s know when to do many thing,s,and the sea

If you're talking about logical proof, it's easier to prove that something does exist than that it doesn't.
But no-one has ever been to prove that god (any god) exists using logic.
