Never give up studying. Read non-fiction and be inquisitive. Ask questions. play Sudoku, crossword puzzles, mind games. I believe that if you continue to learn, your brain stays active and fit. A study was done with a group of nuns, all in their 80s and 90s, and the outcome was fantastic. Because they were always exercising their brains, they were mentally fit, with no lapse in memory.

Learning is just not for the young!

Read books, do crossword puzzles, logic puzzles, talk to people, take care of issues. Read the newspaper, problem solve. Anything that keeps your mind active helps to keep you mentally fit. Exercise also helps to keep you mentally fit.
