im just wondering
because i see alot of australian kids when i visit australia drinking beer

You need to be at least 18 to purchase alcohol in Australia. It is legal however, for someone under 18 to consume alcohol in the presence of a responsible adult.

when you turn 18 here you are considered an adult , you can drink,smoke,vote and gamble and go clubbing ect... all the adult stuff although many 18 yo are no where near being adults.... but yeah 18 for anything as long as you have id.
