...“plundering gangs” [1], “bacteria”, “disease”, “racist, imperialist[s]”, followers of a “racist religion” who plan to “rule the world” who are “using” Christians to gain their ends [2], westerners would respond kindly? Do you think if young Jewish girls on Israeli television declared “We want to fight”, “We will annihilate the” Muslims, and “I will commit martyrdom” killing Muslims [3], we would sit back and do nothing? How DO you think we would react?

These are all things Muslims have stated in mainstream Islamic circles (including children’s television programs…) about Jews. Do you think we would react differently? Do you think we would be less passive, unconcerned, and apologetic if this was what the Muslims faced daily?

neil s, Israel has a very real legal right to that land...heck, Muslims only started coming there in any real numbers once Jews started making a life for themselves (and Muslims saw potential for their own advancement).

As for anti-Semitism, the term applies specifically to hatred of Jews (not other Semites).

Flash, Kahane (just as those who follow him are) was a fringe Zionist, not mainstream; Zionists throughout Israel openly disagreed with his views and even barred him from running for office. And let's not forget how Kahane (and in a later incident, his son) died...at the hands of murderous Muslim terrorists. Indeed, the terrorists who murdered Kahane (in the United States!) had ties to the terrorists who would later turn on us.

Well done Rachel! This question is clear and to the point and it is absolutely true! It's amazing how blind the world could be at times and even though it's the arabs who are sending their own children out to blow themselves up, the world still takes pity on them and says that Israel is in the wrong! The truth is, no matter how much Israel and the Jewish people are hated, they will after all be the ones to remain while all those who scorn them will become like the dust in the earth!!

I love Israel. They are better than any idiotic brainwashed Myuslim Country. Microsoft XP was invented in Israel, Cellphones were invented there.

Israel is in the middle of a desert and yet has the 2nd highest stadard of living in the world (behind Japan), one of the highest educational levels in the world and some of the greatest minds in the world.

Here is Muslim (So, called religion of peace, propoganda)

Hello. The issue with Zionism and Israelis fighting against Palestinians is not our concern. This isn't a Western Issue, its a Middle Eastern issue. Hebrews and Arabs are closely related and are fighting a civil war to hold 'Palestine/Israel'.

So, I'm neutraul on the subject. I think pro-Zionist are wrong but also believe Anti-Zionist are wrong--- its not OUR war.

Now on your other point. The Jews have called for the open extermination of both Arabs and Muslims. The man's name was Kahane, and his following is around Jewish populations in America, Europe, and Isreal.

We're not going to fight for the Jews, as they have nerer fought for us.

That is the sort of thing they face daily. Why don't you just work on being a person of peace, instead of being angry. I'm angry about what is going on over there, but hate and hate don't create peace and love. As cheesy as it sounds.

Not particularly - most people are anti-Semitic

"Israel" is an occupying force on someone else's land. There only claim to the land is based on religious texts, the archeology says they are wrong, so no support should be offered by any secular nation (including the US). If someone squatted on my land, I'd fight, perhaps until death.

Edit: does the answerer above me not realize that Arabs (many Muslims) are Semetic?

Only if you get to decide what "real numbers" are. And no, that is not how anti-Semitism is defined.
