When looking for cars for sale, there will be a price given. If you look carefull you can see under dealer notes, some say Pricing does not include dealer adds. What does that usually mean?

Dealers have various fees that they add, such as transportation costs, prep fees, documentation fees, etc. .

This means that if the dealer has added extra equipment or accessories to the vehicle, you have to pay for those in addition to the advertised price! Usually these items are marked up quite a bit, which gives the dealer additional profit!

Some things that could be added are stripes, moldings, door edge guards, floor mats, or even stereo upgrades and satellite radio.

In short, it means you have found a dishonest car dealer. The dealer will add in anything he thinks he can get away with to jack up the price. I urge you to read the book: Don`t Get Taken Everytime, before you go to buy a car. You will have so much more confidence when you go to deal and you will laugh at the shenanigans they try to pull on you.
