is it true that if your stomach is empty you cant vomit?
or would you vomit acid or something?

You get what are called dry heaves or retching. You'll throw up whatever acids are in your stomach, and the body can continue to retch without technically vomiting (the expulsion of stomach contents).

Wrong, you can still vomit stomach acids and bile.

when u have low blood pressure u vomit stomach acid.

its actually really painful

you would probably vomit up bile. (stomach fluid)
when you run out of bile, you start "dry heaving"
that's when your stomach tries to vomit but there's nothing in it, so nothing comes out.
