DNA -- TAG mRNA -UAG tRNA - AUC mRNA is copied from the template strand, and so it has an analogous sequence because of the fact the coding strand of DNA, different than that uracil is substituted for thymine. mRNA codon UAG codes for amber (supply up). The tRNA with the anti-codon AUC would not carry any amino acid.
