alright so I am 18 but in 22 years I can come back and this statement will be true. I have never had a girlfriend, barely any friends that were girls, dont even think you can call them friends cuz I have never hung out with a girl. Girls just dont like me I dont know why. I thought I was pretty normal athletic/built, smart, nice, kind,respectful, thought I looked good(girls must not though). So I am just done with girls and want to know how to just not be attracted to them anymore??

Im not desperate, I just am giving up on girls cuz they want nothing to do with me. Desperate is trying to hard when girls are around I dont even talk to girls

What do you want to be attracted to? You need to build up your confidence and you will meet a girl. There is someone for everyone. :o)

I'm 25 and have never had a girlfriend. I have kissed three girls, though, but that just happened this year, and it was because my friends took me under their wing like the 40 year-old virgin, took me around, and introduced me to as many girls as possible. My real goal was to get to the point where I could approach any girl, at any time, and I thought that once I experienced a kiss (or three) that the ice would break. Well, it hasn't. You can ditch the fear somehow, but that won't mean that you'll automatically be able to carry on lengthy conversations with them. You have to be able to do that before you can meet girl after girl after girl. So, the main idea for you would be to know how to converse. If there is an attraction issue it must be weight, right? Lose the weight. If it's ethnicity, well, I don't know what to tell you.

Hey im in a similar case to u, im 18 but i have kissed a girl once, had a couple "girlfriends" but not really cuz i never did anything with them. But u shouldnt be worried, if ur in college u should join clubs and stuff and party to meet new people. Im not much of a drinker so i dont party and i think thats cutting down on my chances of meeting someone. So just expose yourself and take all the chances u have to hook up with some girls. Dont give up on girls cuz then what do you have left, guys? Im sure someone has expressed likeness toward you, dont be picky and get some experience.

18? Why is that such a big deal? Some people don't get kissed till their 20's, and some don't lose their virginity till their 30's when they're finally married.
I'm sure it has nothing to do with girls not liking you. I think your problem may be that you never had many female friends.
Some of my best relationships I've had have started out as simple friendships.

Stop trying so hard, relax and stop thinking of girls as girls!
Think of them as mates, if you do this you'll find you'll get on more with women in general.
If you forget all the connotations associated with Women in general, you'll find in the long run that you wont get so desperate when you hang around them.
If you don't want to be interested in Women, just forget about it, and when the *right* one comes along, you'll end up finding yourself acting like you, instead of this desperate guy you come across as now.
You're only 18 - it's not a big deal... Just relax.

You can't expect women to do the work - unfortunately it doesn't work that way... Most girls are even more shy than you.
If you don't want to be interested in women, I suggest you develop a habit of playing computer games with yourself, and stop going out... Women are part of life - if you're not gay, then they'll always be part of yours too... (Saying that, there's nothing wrong with being gay, if that floats your boat)...
Speak to women, be yourself, and you'll do fine.

ok well the first thing you need to do is to stop looking, this might sound weird but it works. if you stop looking for someone, soon enough they will find you....
i guess if you're anxious join a gym, or a bowling team or something where you can meet new people....there are many ways to meet girls it just takes a lot of effort...and hey to be honest, there really isnt anything wrong with internet dating sites....good luck and dont worry, have fun with the time you have here, cause its not much so do as many things and soon you'll meet a girl who's intrested in the same things you are and you'll have that first kiss...good luck

So what if you haven't had your first kiss.Im 18 too and I haven't kissed a boy yet.I no I'm going too one day though.I've had people who like me I'm just too shy.Maybe those girls may not find you attractive but there are thousands of girls in the world.If your going to college your just about guaranteed to have your first kiss or even get laid there.There's all types of girls in college and believe me they will all be on your jock especially if your an athlete.I know.Just give it time you'll see you won't be 40 when you have your first.

For god shake please love yourself and don't be so cruel to you... I was almost certain that nobody has less confidence than me but suddenly you turned up... How is it possible to predict the future ??? Your life can change just in couple of minutes... For instance smile at a pretty girl in the street and watch her reaction... Go out of the house and do it! NOW!!! I want you to tell me the results. Try to express your feelings, be positive and don't give up...You can draw your life .... ok well just because of this i dont think you need to turn gay or anything. there is something to be said for a young man that has never done anything with a girl before. i am 16 and a christian and let me tell you how rare it is to find a guy that has a relationship with God and has never been in a girls pants before. also i have never kissed anyone either...but really christian girls would find you very attractive because you are so pure. there is someone out there for you...God just hasnt put her in your path yet...by the way...i have never been kissed before either...hehe

Relax, you are only 18. It doesn't matter that you haven't kissed a girl yet. You will kiss lots of girls before you hit 40. Just be confident in yourself. The first step is to go out there and talk to some girls...good luck!
