I have a problem - I hate veggies and force myself to eat them.

Courgettes. I love them and steam them and eat them with practically anything. Courgettes and Pasta is nice.

You could try using a sauce to mask the taste of vegetables you dont like.

Puree them for soups/stews.

Try putting them in a blender on puree and mixing it in meatloaf or spaghetti sauce, or even gravy.

broccolli (sp?) with melted cheese almost like a fondue. Try it. It doesn't even taste like brocclli.

broccoli with:
garlic or
lemon or
onion.

with digestive enzymes, because it gives me gas (though it smells like petunias)
