If I go on a Fruit diet (Fruit Juice, Fruit Smoothies) Also Vegi juice and Water. Pretty much a Liquid diet. And worked out 2-3 hours a day, 6 days a week. Could I have a skinny body in 6-9 weeks? Im also taking Vitamins.

You could have a skinny, but malnutritioned body. Fruit juice and smoothies have alot more calories than people think because it is so much sugar. If you work out 2-3 hours a day and don't consume the calories to keep up with your output, you're only doing more harm than good.

Eat a balanced diet (alot of protein to build muscle, which helps burn fat) and fresh fruits and vegetables. You also need some carbohyrates, but try whole grains instead. Drink water and exercise, but not too hard or too often if your body isn't used to it.

You will lose more weight and get great tone if you eat and exercise sensibly. Otherwise you could lose the weight but just put it right back on within a month after you return to normal habits.

To really lose weight, change your eating and exercising habits. It may take longer than you want, but the results will last and you'll be healthier in the long run.

it is unhealthy to lose more than 1 1/2 to 2 pounds a week. Ask any doctor and they'll tell you that. Juice diets, and diets of the like are just a fad, the only way to lose weight and slim down long term it to change your eating habits, and your workout habits. I suggest reading the book called "The Zone" by Dr. Barry Spears. You don't need to buy any diet plans or anything, it just teaches you how to eat healthy. And (like any real "diet would tell you) your are only as good as your last meal, so if you do "The Zone", and mess up on one meal, that's fine, because your next meal is what matters.

skinny isn't healthy, but it is trendy. if you worked out that much, you'd probably look toned. if you did the P90x, you'd look buff.

Vitamins are fine, but are secondary to proper foods, like veggies, fruit, complex carbs and protein. good luck
