Can you buy CDR/W's with more than 80 minutes on them?

if not is there a way to burn an ISO file with more than 80 min. on to a CDR/W with 80 min. on it??

You need the 90 or 100min CDs, they are not easy to find as most shops dont stock them, try online stores.
