I use "Mappy". It gives you the option to enter as many "via's" as you want and will also tell you of any speed cameras, the total diatnce, the likely cost of the fuel used and also the total cost of any tolls payable. I use this site to plan my holidays in France and it's been very accurate up to now.

I don't know of any in the UK; in the US you can use AAA.
