Most religious groups don't have Prophets as such to lead them.
Any church usually has a Prophet or two in the congregation, but the Pastors are called to lead the church according to the Bible. It is not like the Old Testament times..
Most religious sects have some kind of leader that has absolute authority over it. Mormons have a prophet. JW have a board, The Catholic church has the Pope..

If the Baptist Church is not preaching that Jesus is the Christ, then they are preaching false doctrine. There is One true God, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob whose Son is Jesus the Christ. The Grand Leader is Christ Jesus. We teach that there is one way to heaven and that is Jesus the Christ. Without acceptance of the shed blood of Jesus Christ on the Cross of Calvary and His death, burial and resurrection, the church is preaching or teaching false doctrine.

I would hope it’s God and his Word ... otherwise, it’s some person’s false doctrine
