-: I first rinse my mouth with Hydrogen Peroxide for one minute.
-: Then I brush my teeth with Baking Soda and Colgate Advanced Clean tooth paste.
-: After than I rinse with Listerine and then floss.

TIM,
KEEP THIS UP AND YOUR TEETH WILL LAST A LIFETIME.
ps; tooth enamel is as hard as glass, unless you're brushing with sand from a sandbox you can't hurt it.

Hi Tim :)

I do believe that you can do damage to the sensitve enamel on your teeth by using the combination of those products. If your goal is to whiten your smile, I believe the best option is having it done professionally in a dentist chair. Any product with abrasive ingredients can scratch, thin out, and dull the surface of your teeth. I always use standard gel toothpaste ( *it is the least abrasive). Peroxide is very harsh on your gums too !!!!

I have heard some people say that in between dentist visits, a very good product to use at home is the Crest White Strips.... They seem to really work....

Have a wonderful day :)

Snow :) :) :)

I know it doesn't hurt to use peroxide. But I don't know about using it every day. Maybe once or twice a week. I don't know that using it that often is exactly necessary. I might well floss before you brush though. That way you can brush away all the plaque that you sweep out of your teeth.

i think that maybe you shouldnt use both chemicals at the same time or just get tooth paste with baking soda but it could get you kinda sick but chill out with all that stuff
