not neccessarily simply the amount of fruit consumed but the daily diet. the foods that we eat have a direct effect on the endocrine system and the endocrine system governs the human body. the higher the quality of the food items consumed the more positive effect feeding will have on the endocrine system and the body will operate at a higher level of effeciency.
