I've never had anything like it before.
It doesn't hurt if I sit normally but if I move in certain ways it'll hurt and when I've been lying down and start getting up it hurts
Any ideas why this is?

yI'm lactose intolerant and that happens to me a lot. It also happens when i eat acidy foods. Also there could just be gas in your stomach. If it lasts for more than a day id go see a doctor about it cuz mine only last an hour at most.
