Lexmark P4300 multi printer - Win XP

The error you're getting is that Windows is not able to load the 16-bit driver for your scanner. Try uninstalling everything related to your printer driver, reboot and then reinstall.

Alternatively, you could go to the Lexmark website and try downloading an updated driver. I've just tried both Lexmark in USA and the UK, but couldn't find a multi-function device by the name of P4300. The closest I found was P4330 or P4350. You may like to try one of those.
