From my standing on the Bible, carrots don't have souls. That means that they are still alive but don't really feel much. They're aware of heat and coldness (I think that's a word), but don't really feel pain, and they don't love, nothing. Kinda sad.

No. They are not born of the flesh nor did God breathe the breath of life into vegetables. Do they live? Yes. Can a plant or fish be saved and make it to heaven? No.
