I've seen the Jeff Gordon energy drink, and of course I had to try one. But now that were going to see the #88 AMP car, are people buying AMP and Mountain Dew more often?

I don't see how I can buy anymore Mountain Dew than I already do really. I do drink the Amp from time to time, it's not that bad really. The Gordon drink was ok. I am not however doing the National Guard thing, been there, done that(9 yrs actually) not again.

I tried a sugar free AMP this morning...sorry it went down the drain..this was the nastiest stuff I've ever tasted, sorry Jr. The regular Amp taste like mountain dew and kerosene..Jeff Gordon's energy drink actually taste great..but 140 calories..Think I will stick to Diet Mountain Dew..

I tried an Amp when they first came out, but didn;t care for them. Mtn Dew is my favorite soda, so that isn;t going to change. I tried the 24 energy drink too. It was decent, better than most energy drinks, but not the best.

I would assume so.

i did notice this weekned that reed sorenson(41 target dodge) is also sponsored by AMP, its a subsponsor though. Wonder if that will stick considering its jrs sponsor next year.

...I actually tried one for the first time because of all the publicity. Here is some interesting caffeine comparisons between the different energy drinks.

...Those things are way too expensive. Also people should consider the effects of caffeine on younger children.

I suppose so. What is interesting is that no one hated Gordon like Junior fans. Next year the'll be teammates.

I'll buy it if there is #88 advertising on it, but that's about it. I don't buy a product just because it sponsors my fav driver.
