Reading your question, reminded me of myself on some days. I do not at all have a cure, as most of us simply will not. However, some things that have helped me relax, distract, calm down, etc are things like yoga, boxing, wear you out exercise. The yoga is a good thing at the end of a work out, even if it is just a few poses with the deep breathing. THe workout like running a few miles or something that gets your heart rate going.....hopefully to the point of the adreniline high, or you could do something like boxing, it distracts, exerts you....to where quite frankly....the mind power to worry is less, and if your mad.......boxing definately helps. I work out when I have an unwanted emotion, need distraction, feel like I am losing my mind etc. So these things will not necessarily control it, however from my experiance it can help direct the worry into a more productive area. Do not just sit there an worry, do not sit there and overwhelm yourself with thoughts that worsen the worry, take a run, do some push-ups. LIke I said this is not at all a cure, but these are things that have helped me momentarily.

It's important to listen to these voices in your head that are telling you this stuff.
Your mind may say, "we might have cancer!!!!"
But you have to do some self-talk and say, "Listen, we've been to the doctor, and she said we do not have cancer, so you are mistaken."
Here are some good ideas:

1. Do something that gets your heart rate up a bit like, walking, running, biking, and swimming.

2. Eat Whole, Organic foods like: Broccoli, Cabbage, Organic Brown Rice, Spinach, Sweet Potato, Apples, and other fruits and vegetables in their Natural State.

3. Avoid eating corn, white bread, white rice, candy, sodas, chips, and anything else that you already know you shouldn’t be eating.

4. Drink clean water as your beverage of choice. Avoid Fruit drinks and fruit juices (unless YOU juice them yourself)

5. Stop smoking, drinking beer & wine, and drinking coffee.

6. Get 8 hours of sleep each night.

7. Hang out with people who want to be healthy.

8. Avoid anything with High Fructose Corn Syrup.

Tone up the muscles:

1. Join a gym and get a trainer.

2. If you’re short on cash, start a light stretching & yoga regimen.

3. Do push-ups, and light dumbbell curls for the upper body.

4. As I said above, walk, run, swim, and or bike
5. Take an aerobics class, a yoga class, or some other fitness class.

6. Join the local YMCA..

Mental Health:

1. Get a friend to talk to each day about your feelings.

2. If you have some money or insurance, get a counselor to talk to.

3. Learn how to meditate.

4. Join a support group for the issue you’re dealing with.

5. Ask your Higher Self (or God) for guidance.

6. Start keeping a diary or journal about your feelings & thoughts.

7. Write a ‘gratitude’ list every night.

8. Do something that makes you happy each day like: listen to your favorite music, draw, paint, write, or anything creative.

9. Do something for someone else who needs help.

I recommend that you get and read a book called Feeling Good - The New Mood Therapy by David D Burns M.D. It basically teaches you Cognitive Behavioral Therapy so it would hopefully suffice until you're able to see someone. The link below has a good synopsis and a few reviews. Best of luck if you do decide to buy it.

As per the symptoms projected by you, you appear to be suffering from chronic Anxiety Neurosis, hypochondriasis, with mild psychoneurosis which are the symptoms of chronic depressive illness.
Please donot keep these symptoms for long. CONSULT YOUR PSYCHIATRIST IMMEDIATLY, get assessed properly and take the medicines prescribed regularly as advised by him.
Now a days there are very good harmless antipsychotic antidepressant drugs prescribed by the specialists....
Along with the medicines you may require relaxation exercises etc.,.

i wish I knew. Take your meds if you have them. Until then, try to find something to take your mind off things. Focus on school or work or try to find a hobby. I know its hard but in order to survive you need to think about something else. Spending days in bed will only be detrimental to your health and well-being. Take a drive somewhere or walk around in the park. Easier said that done because of the anxiety, but in the car its easier to be peaceful and feel at ease. Try that. Also let me know if you find a cure....I'm looking too. =]

Have you tried Xynax? This really helps to calm my nerves. I am a worrier also. I feel better after talking to my mom and my husband so try to find someone to talk to or someone who can relate to what you are going through.
