I am assuming you have given the excel file to all your customers. You can create a short macro to accomplish the email by recording the steps to send the file. You can then create a button and assign this macro to it.
You would probably want to have the macro clear the info cells so it is blank for their next order. The macro could also save the file with new name before clearing. You can see there are many ceative things you can do with macros.
Once you create this macro you will have to send the updated file to your customers.

You could create a macro for doing that which is associated to a command button. However, It might be a lot easier if you created an online website where the user enters the info and it emails it to you. It would be more secure and easier for the user to use. That would also allow the data to be collected on a database so that records could be kept track of much better.
