freezing can make the shelflife longer and as long the temperature of your freezer is not fluctuating. But for safety measure check the expiration of the product before you store perhaps the expiration goes only for a week so its obvious to frozen in a months.or else after thawing you can found a strange substance of your stored items or even foul smell.check the expiration first for your own safety

Hi: Place the pasta on a non-stick cookie sheet (or lightly greased one).. Cover closely with saran wrap and stick in freezer until frozen solid. Carefully remove the ravioli from the sheet and seal up in a freezer baggie, making sure to squeeze out as much air as possible (that will prevent freezer burn). Label it with the contents and the date. Use within a month or so. You don't need to thaw them before you cook them, just bring water to a boil and gently stir them on occasion until they are done.

I forgot I had a bag of frozen ravioli in the freezer. I didn't check the date, but it must have been in there for 8-9 months. I cooked it and it was fine. Not even off-tasting and I didn't get sick. (The bag hadn't been opened.)

You can store them for about a year a little less then that but it does last a while actually they might not taste as well unless it is wrapped securely but most frozen foods don't go bad unless you keep leaving them out.

Did you get it on sale? sometimes they put things on sale when they are close to there expiration date,so make sure you check that date. It should last a year in the freezer as long as it doesn't get thawed for some reason & then refrozen.

It isn't good to store stuff in the freezer for too long but it won't hurt to store it in there for a few weeks.
