Im not working yet, but my counslor said job training, Im scared ill have aattack, what should i do?

The more scare you are of having an attack the more likely you will have one. Try to visual yourself at your job and walk through the steps in your mind. Also listen to soft music before you go to bed and try to worry. I know this is the hard part but remember to take one day at a time.

I would like to state books can help out but sometimes panic attacks are a chemical imbalance.

I am so happy, it was only a 35 minute drive ( 70 minutes total) but absolutely no sign of anxiety or panic i shopped till I dropped - brilliant! I will now go for the next stage DUAL CARRIAGE way, probably at the weekend, with my husband accompanying me first then the solo drive, if successful the final stage of driving on motorway

If you work while applying for benefits, they will take that against you since you are able to work some. It's a dumb catch 22 that it takes the state years sometimes to process a request for benefits but if you work in that time you aren't considered disabled. That's how it is here in Ohio anyways.

You must take meds for your anxiety. Is your meds not helping if not your doctor should try another med. If you go to work the government will say their nothing wrong with you!!!!

If you can work, you don't need disability. And what will you get? about 800.00$? You'll have to work anyway! Get some help, get hypnosis, get meds and get a job!
