There is so much war because so much stupidity.
Yes, one day (December 21, 2012) all war, and life on Earth, will stop.

look war and fighting has been around since the beginning of man its mostly due to man's greed for things and power war will be around for a very long time this maybe what ends our kind anyways some people fight because they don't like what their government is doing or if theres a group thats keeping them down personally i would gladly fight to the death for my rights and that of others

War is a natural response to limited resources (actual or perceived).
It will not end until there are unlimited resources and nearly perfect communications.
Get us into space as a species.

It doesn't matter how much of a good person that you are, there are people out there who would like to kill you and take your stuff.
It's sad, but it is the way of the humans.

there is no more war now than there was in the past. heck might even be less. when will it stop? easy answer never.

Most wars are religious based. Many wars could be prevented if there was more tolerance of different religions.
