Peanut butter has more calories than you would think. Each slice of white bread has about 100 calories. Combine that with an estimated 100 for the Lucky Charms with milk, and around 300 for the peanut butter, and it adds up to about 700 calories. Peanut butter is about 90 calories to cover a slice of bread.

It is not about the calories, it is about what you are eating. White bread no good, lucky charms no good, milk has fat.

Look into finding more nutritional things to eat.

For you it may not be, but for me it would be. I have had an eating disorder all my life. And that for me would be considered a binge. I am in recovery from compulsive overeating for many years so I have a little experience in this area.

No big deal - go easy on yourself.

A binge would be a carton of ice cream, a box of cookies, and a cheesecake - hey that sounds good I'll be right back.
Just kidding - be proud of yourself.

I dont think thats a binge. A binge is a whole tub of icecream in one sitting or something along those lines.

that is no binge. try a whole pizza and a 6 pack of soda and a whole pack of oreo cookies followed by a quart of ice cream that is a binge.
