Get a big bottle of cheap cuyan pepper. Not sure if I spelled it right. Sprinkle it all over your lawn. Dogs usualy sniff before they poop and the pepper will irritate their nose but won't really hurt them. It also works for dogs who like to dig. Good luck, and please don't poison with chemicals or shoot the dogs. Thats just not nice. If it becomes too big of a problem let your neighbor know about it and ask if they could clean your lawn. You could also let them know about the leash law if there is one in your area.

I have two ideas that might help your situation. First try vinegar. Pour it all over your yard. This is used in many situations with animals. For instance if you have a pesky cat that won't stop clawing the furniture. Animals have a really keen sense of smell and it is too strong for them. Secondly try a pepper spray. You don't want to hurt the neighbors animal by spraying down chemicals. So get a strong pepper like cayenne...something really hot or even pick up some jalapeno's or even a stronger pepper than that and use the juice. Take a spray bottle fill it will water and either put peppers, pepper juice, or powder into the water.
Now since you don't wanna spend all day spraying your yard. At first just try spraying the surrounding borders. If all else fails. Report your neighbor to your city. You have rights too ya know!

Yep, call your local Animal Control Officer and talk to them about it. There are ordinances in the City against this...or there should be.
Pick up the dog poo, put it in a bag and give it back to the owner of the dog. Put it on their porch when they aren't home if you must...hopefully they will get the hint.
If you really want to...try filling plastic bottles with ammonia and burying them in your yard where Fido likes to crap. He should avoid your yard.
Grab a garden hose and chase his butt off of your lawn. He might get the idea after a couple of times.
Good luck...irresponsible pet owners really chap my ***. You shouldn't have to install a fence because someone else is being a lazy dog owner...

Land mines work wonders...
But seriosly, first you might want to confront the neighbor about the problem.
They have devices to scare off cats, but it's a bit tougher to keep a dog from going somewhere without the help of the neighbor.

Wire up an electric fence, just run two strands really close to the ground all around your yard. Go to the Tractor Supply store and get some electric fence wire, posts, insulators, a shock generator, and a battery. This will cost about 200 max.

Yeah, call the police! Or put the dog crap in a paper bag, place on your neighbors door step, light bag on fire, ring door bell and run. He'll open the door see the bag on fire and step on it to put it out. Good times! You'll both have a good laugh, and he will learn a lesson.

When I went to the Solar Decathalon in Washington D.C, the team from Puerto Rico said something about a "Pissing" plant or something like that. I forgot to ask what the real name was, its supposed to deter dogs from coming in your yard naturally.

start collecting the poop in a bag, keep throwing it back in their lawn, when she complains, let her know it's from HER dog, and you don't want it either. She should take the dog else where.
Vinager will do good to.
