i am always constipated. is their any at home stuff i could eat or use to get rid of it?

Make sure you eat plenty of fruit, vegetables and whole-grain products and drink at least 8-8 oz. glasses of water per day. In the meantime, buy a stool softener at the pharmacy. This will help you go more easily. An old fashioned laxative like milk of magnesia is good, if you think you need it temporarily.

Water and fiber. Eat more vegetable and fruits. Raisins and Prunes work well. They take time to work, but if you eat them regularly and drink enough water daily, you shouldn't have any problems.
