I am sick of thinking up different things to cook. Please give me good, yet quick & easy ideas...pleaseeeeee help!

4 1/2 to 1-inch pork chops
1 cup Italian Dressing or any favorite vinegar and oil dressing
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1cup Italian Style seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 cup of flour

Mashed potatoes
Frozen green peas or vegetable of choice - cooked according to pkg. directions
Applesauce

Marinate pork chops in dressing for 2 hours turning every 30 minutes.

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F.

Beat eggs and milk together in a pie plate and in another pie plate, combine bread crumbs and flour. Dip chops one at a time in the egg wash and then dredge in the bread crumb mixture coating all sides and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes depending upon thickness of chops.

Serve with mashed potatoes, peas and applesauce.

*NOTE* This recipe can be used for chicken breasts as well.

Well , what I do it take meat that I have at the house, and build a dinner from that, I will visit cooking sites to give me different ideas.

spaghetti...first boil the spaghetti for 10 minutes and then pour the ready made spaghetti sauce. Woooola.. u get a simple delicious healthy meal !!
