im going for an interview at Longo's tmr
i was wondering if someone can help me with this question to prepare for my interview.. i always get these answeres but dont know how to answer them...can someone please help me
im realllllllly desperate for a part time job

1.Weakness, I'm a perfectionist I like to do the job right and some times I forget that everyone is not like me.
1.Weakness I have sloppy hand writing skills and it bothers me that I don't take time out to correct.
2.Why should I hire you? I'm a hard worker and I want to be a part of your team I want to contribute to providing excellent service to your customers.
2.Why should I hire you? I'm dependable, loyal who can provide quality service, and make right decision under pressure.
3.If someone steals something, I would report it to the manager.(You have to respond without blinking to this question with sincerity) Don't think twice to answer this question immediately say I would report them to the manager.
remember when you're in a interview you have to sound sincere and real. You can't try to sound like your reading a script. Always while answering any interview question keep eye contact, Act like a professional, like you own a company. The company you own is you, you have to sell yourself to the highest bidder and or to who ever hires you.

Everyone is different and if YOU do Not know the answer to 1 & 2 ,
You be in big trouble .
Time to start THINKING . . .
