Are cadets at usma allowed to leave their rooms after lights out?

will a West Point cadet get punished for leaving his room after 12:00pm (lights out) say to use the bathroom or something?

Like you accidentally gouged your eye out in your sleep?...ya you can go to the bathroom "or something" but you'd better be in your USMA sweats and have a good explanation!
