the biolage works great, especially if you put it in damp hair then again when it's dry.

right now i'm almost addicted to 'it's a 10'. i like the leave in spray and the mask. it does this:
1. repairs dry damaged hair
2. adds shine
3. smooths & controls frizz
4. seals & protects hair color
5. detangles
6. prevents split ends (prevention is key to healthy hair)
7. stops hair breakage
8. creates sinliness
9. enhances natural body
10. flat iron spray & thermal protector (protects hair from heat styling products)
this is the spray

the mask also:
restores moisture balance and elasticity

I'm in love with Frederic Fekkai silkening creme-- you can buy it at Bath & Body Works or sometimes Victoria's Secret if you're at the mall. It's a big green tube and it costs about $25 but I have long hair and I only need to buy it once a year. My hair is very dry and thick though and this product is not meant to give body-- I imagine if you have smooth, fine hair already it might appear even thinner or oily.

I also suggest trying Paul Mitchell's glossdrops, which works well and costs less than $10 a bottle.

Out of that list I would avoid names like Herbal Essences and Aussie and try salon products such as Biolage or Matrix-- hairdressers use certain lines for a reason. :)

that '10' stuff is AWESOME. i have hair down to my butt and 3 sprays is all i need. once a month with the mask and i have healthy, healthy hair.
i think the spray retails for around $20 (4 oz.) and the mask retails for just under $30 (8 oz. tub)
