I have been boxing for nearly a month now and when I punch my wrist gets sore and I cant punch hard .. that only happens at the end of training after all the exercises etc.. and yes I am wearing hand wraps (basic everlast ones)!
Also due to my hard punching at the begging I loose energy fast any ideas?? and yes even if I don't punch hard at the begging my wrists still get sore! I went to the doctors they said its ok!

It sounds like you are not keeping your wrists straight when punching.

Try to make sure everything is in a straight line.

Do push ups on your knuckles so that your wrists are straight.
You need to get conditioned to the work.
It takes longer than 1 month.

its like running man....the first week or so your legs are going to hurt but after awhile is easier to deal with .... the other thing is that you are probably throwing punches to hard and not working on technique... just because the bag goes flying doesnt mean you are doing it right ...just ease up on the power and work on conditioning and straight fast punches...before and after workouts you should run for about 30 minutes to an hour to build up your conditioning...and in the ring is a different kind of power, you either got it or you dont but never force it because you will get tired after 45 seconds.... also read the article on joe calzhege he has had hand injuries since he was 14 years old so, is just something you are going to have to tough out.... boxing is not easy i hurt my wrists or elbows almost weekly and i know is hard to train when this happens but ask most boxers in your gym and they will tell you it happens
