I have 2 other dogs and I know that my male puppy doesn't have anything like that. The dog looks like Windixie so we named him Windixie. Btw doesn't anyone have an idea how to tell how old he is?

He is in my friend's backyard for now. We are already planning to put signs up. We have no intention of actually keeping him but after reporting him we will see what will happen. I have seen signs about him everywhere but now they seem to have dissapeared. I just hope the owner doesn't give up with him.

Take him to the vet and have him checked out.. A found dog should be kept from your dogs til you find out whether he is carrying disease or not.

The vet will tell you how old he is based on his teeth and how they look, how much they are worn etc.

His Penis.. I don't know what the black lump is, might be a skin tag, might be anything.. The vet will tell you when you go.

you found a lost dog = he isnt yours to keep

You must report finding him to your local SPCA or pound or whomever deals with lost dogs in your area..
Failure to do so can have you be charged with THEFT... if after (14 days in most places) nobody claims him then he can be yours.. but you MUST report finding him first!!!

a vet could scan him to check for microchip or heck might even recognize him..

I suspect is a cancerous growth of some kind???

If you are not sure I would take him to the vets, it could be a growth of some kind and might be a threat to him

Do not keep it.Give it to an adoption centre.Or if you REALLY want to keep it i suggest take it to the vet.The lump COULD be an infection.Take him to the vet, they might be able to tell how old he is.
