You can ask the school to give you a Chinese translation or a name closely associated with her English name. This way you can trim down your choices to a significant few and your job is easier.

If she is enrol into schools in China, than simplified chinese is used, so you should give her simplified chinese name rather than traditional one. If she is enrol into schools in Hong Kong, than chinese name is not needed as It's not a requirement to have one in Hong Kong. If she needs one, than I will suggest Yu Ting çå©· or éºå©· , which means beautiful as a jade.
