I purchased Video Studio several months ago. Before purchasing I asked if the new version would be out soon. I received a reply no. Within couple months there it was. I sent them email and no response. Their customer service is awful. My sister had the same thing happen to her. Anyone else had bad experience with them?

Ulead's customer service and support is about as good as a flaming lawnmower with propane tanks attached to it heading towards a gas station. I've received more garbage from them than most other companies. I suggest filing a BBB (Better Business Bureau) report, as it will definitely hurt the company's image if they have negative status by multiple customers.

I tried them a few years ago, sounds like nothing has changed.
