I got this "mucus away" crap the other day, took two pills and it was totally ineffective. Got it from Walmart and it was like $10. Probably can't return it, right?

You should be able to return it. "Satisfaction Guaranteed" is one of Wal-Mart's mottos and if you are not satisfied you can get your money back (specially if it's their own brand).

No, you really cannot return it to get your money back.

There is no guarantee on ANY medicine, whether prescription or OTC that says "full refund if it doesn't work".

The medicine is charged for because it costs $$ to make it, and it does work for many people. That's no guarantee that it will work for one individual person, in this case, you. You can give it to a friend and be such a GOOD friend... and nice person... But you cannot ask for a refund. None is promised. none is due.

It depends on if the cover said your satisfaction is guaranteed. Plus...I think WalMart has a big sign on the front of their building that says something like ' We Guaranteed our Products or Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed '.

So take it back...unless you took the whole bottle or box of them.

Tell them you were not satisfied. If they say it is opened already...tell them...well how am I to know if I'm satisfied if I don't open it and take some of them....so that blows that logic of them saying it is an open box and we can't take them back. Be persistent!!

No one will take back opened over the counter medicine. However, you might be able to get a refund if you contact the company with your complaint. You should be able to find their number on the box or on their website.

Not after the box is opened and you used some of it.
